No. Many of my students have never played before. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, helping you build confidence from your very first lesson.
Having your own guitar is recommended so you can practise between lessons, but my studio is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your lesson.
Lessons can include rock, blues, pop, jazz, folk and many other styles. I’ll tailor everything around the music you enjoy listening to and want to learn.
I offer 30 minute lessons for £20 and one hour lessons for £35. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, I’m always happy to offer advice.
Yes. I teach students from around eight years old through to adults of all ages. Every lesson is adapted to suit the individual’s experience, confidence and learning style.
Yes, but only when it’s helpful. Rather than overwhelming you with technical information from the beginning, I’ll introduce theory naturally as your playing develops, making it much easier to understand and use.
